When it comes to submitting insurance claims, making sure that your customers provide precise information about their care is key to ensuring swift processing.
Here's a quick guide to help them streamline the process:
Include Supporting Documentation: Customers should be sure to include the reason for their visit, an itemized bill detailing the services received along with dates, and the provider's name and payment information. Any missing information may result in delays until we obtain the necessary details. |
Opt for eClaims: For a smoother experience, encourage customers to submit their claims electronically through our Member Hub or the GeoBlue mobile app. This method not only speeds up processing but also reduces the chances of errors. |
Additional Assistance Needed?: If there are any questions or assistance required with a claim submission, customers can reach out to us by simply calling the number on the back of their ID card. A team of specialists is waiting to help! |
