At GeoBlue, putting customers first—always—is one of our core values. We’re constantly thinking about how to improve members’ experience with us. Here are some of the ways we support your customers so they’ll continue to trust us with their international health insurance needs.

Have an issue with a claim? Our Partner Program is standing by to personally help resolve it. We aim to answer every phone call and email within 24 hours.

Over the next year, we'll be continuing to re-organize the sales administration team to better support broker sales and retention.

We send members renewal reminders at 60 days and 30 days. We reach out to members individually at the 30-day mark. We then follow up two or three additional times within that month.

Our quarterly member newsletter is filled with information that helps members get the most out of their experience. We provide simple steps for using GeoBlue tools, help members learn how health insurance works and give lifestyle tips geared toward expats and frequent travelers.
