Have an issue with a claim? Our Partner Program is standing by to personally help resolve it. We aim to answer every phone call and email within 24 hours. |

Continued investment in our team
Over the next year, we'll be continuing to re-organize the sales administration team to better support broker sales and retention. |

Proactive renewal reminders
We send members renewal reminders at 60 days and 30 days. We reach out to members individually at the 30-day mark. We then follow up two or three additional times within that month. |

Ongoing communication and support
Our quarterly member newsletter is filled with information that helps members get the most out of their experience. We provide simple steps for using GeoBlue tools, help members learn how health insurance works and give lifestyle tips geared toward expats and frequent travelers. |
