New benefits for international living
A comprehensive long-term international health insurance plan is essential for anyone spending extended time abroad. Beginning August 1, the following changes go into effect for Xplorer and Navigator plans: |

Scuba coverage has been added to all Navigator plans. Coverage is limited to a 20-meter depth and requires divers to be PADI or NAUI certified or accompanied by a certified instructor.

Annual physical examination/health screening on all Xplorer plans now has a calendar year maximum of $750 and is limited to one examination/screening per calendar year.

- Unlimited annual and lifetime medical maximum
- Immediate coverage of pre-existing conditions with proof of previous coverage
- The choice to see any healthcare provider outside of the U.S. and plan options that include access to the Blue Cross Blue Shield® PPO network in the U.S.
- Deductible waived for office visits, preventive care, prescriptions and more
- Prescription coverage with optional enhanced prescription benefits
- Optional dental and vision coverage
- Unlimited telemedicine services
- Continuous coverage for spouse and dependents in the event of subscriber death
- Maternity upgrades on most plans after 364 days of continuous coverage*
