 As we wrap up 2023, I want to extend a sincere thank you for your support and for record sales in the individual market. We have been serving customers for over 25 years, and we recognize how much a part you’ve played in helping us achieve this important milestone.
I’m thrilled to share that our 2023 individual sales numbers are strong—30% ahead of last year. Our estimation is that an astonishing 80 million people this year. As the market grows in 2024, so can your business! The opportunities are there, and we can help you make the most of them.
We know that customer satisfaction with our services and support is one of the most critical aspects of your success with GeoBlue. That’s why we made several customer experience improvements this year, including upgrading our travel medical quote to buy process, and introducing a new online claim submission for travel medical plans and a benefit accumulator to our member portal. We were also excited to welcome new members to our sales team. These enhancements reflect our commitment to global health insurance that’s powered by technology and personalized by people.
We’ve had a great year, and it’s not over yet. Finish 2023 strong and crush your sales goals! Be sure to help existing customers on annual contracts renew their plans before the end of the year. Get in touch with customers who have received quotes but haven’t purchased coverage yet. And remember to reach out to all your customers and ask if they’re planning to travel internationally next year. They can buy now (up to 6 months in advance of their travel) and lock in 2023 rates. Getting a good deal sounds like a perfect holiday present.
