We’ve redesigned several pages of our website and mobile experience and simplified the messaging so it’s easier for customers to quickly find the information they need to make a purchase.
In analyzing our site performance, we identified key points in the quote-to-buy process where users sometimes leave the purchase process. So, we’ve optimized pages to deliver an improved customer experience and increase sales. |

It’s important to note that these changes only apply to our short-term Voyager and Trekker plans. The pages for other plans will not change at this time.
We’re rolling out the changes on a secondary site that helps us test performance before fully launching the changes. This means that some users will see the new pages when they visit the site, and other users will continue to see the current pages. We’re working to ensure that users have a consistent experience. |
