As the world deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that this may be a difficult time for our globally mobile members around the world. We're here for you. We are committed to supporting your health and well-being during this unprecedented crisis and have taken a number of actions to offer additional support and protection. Our team, including our global medical experts, has been continually monitoring the situation.

To avoid any potential claim submission delays, we strongly encourage you to file online. Quickly and conveniently submit your claims through the mobile app or the Member Hub and choose ACH or wire transfer as the form of reimbursement for claims. The U.S. Postal Service™ received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective April 3 until further notice. Impacted countries include: Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chad, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. |
In accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines, we strongly recommend calling your provider for medical advice if you think you've been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as a cough or difficulty breathing. Be sure to tell them you have or may have COVID-19. Depending on your location, testing and the ability to isolate infected patients may vary. Contacting your provider ahead of time will help the office/facility protect you, staff and other patients. For additional guidelines, follow directions provided by your local health authority or visit the CDC and WHO. |

 As the day goes on and we get tired, it's easy to find ourselves slumping further and further in our chair. Check out these important reminders to keep your posture in check! |

- Your hips should be above your knee.
- Sit right back in your seat, so your whole back is supported.
- The natural curve of your lower back should fit against the curve of the back rest.
- The back rest should be slightly reclined (10–15 degrees).
- Relax your shoulders, and keep your elbows at 90 degrees, just above the desk.
