Tip: Use the calendar to your advantage.
There is a natural seasonality to international travel.  Consider developing campaigns for spring break, summer vacation, and winter break.  You may also want to create awareness during ACA (U65) and Medicare Open Enrollment, when members are paying more attention to their health coverage, to help members understand that GeoBlue plans can help fill international coverage gaps.

Tip: Help brokers expand their business.
Brokers are always looking to build their client base and expand their portfolio.  Here are some ways to get mileage out of the broker guides to entice brokers to get appointed and sell GeoBlue.  There is an override for Plans on brokered sales attributed to your Plan. 

  • Post it on your agent portal
  • Promote it in your broker e-newsletter
  • Host a broker webinar (You handle the logistics; we’ll present as the SME) – send the broker guides as a follow up communication
  • Promote the guides in a broker campaign
