COVID-19 Updates - Individual Members

The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) ended on May 11, 2023. Please see the updated FAQs below to understand how this may impact your COVID-19 coverage.

As the Public Health Emergency (PHE) ends, GeoBlue is committed to ensuring everyone continues to receive seamless access to the care they need at a price they can afford, including COVID-19 tests, vaccines and treatments, telehealth services, and insurance coverage.

We’re working with providers and our community partners to help members understand what changes may impact them and their health coverage and to assist them with any coverage updates they may need.

The information on this page addresses services and products for GeoBlue members on our individual (non-group sponsored) plans including our Voyager, Trekker, Xplorer and Navigator plans. If you are seeking information about our group (employer and university-sponsored) plans, click here.
